Information and analytics
City searches filter the directory in your browser. Search text may appear in the page URL and hosting access logs. Google Analytics helps us understand page visits and interactions. On business pages we record profile views and clicks on call, WhatsApp, email and website controls so featured businesses can receive performance reports.
Listing claim verification
When you request a claim, we process the business email address you enter, the listing selected, a protected form of your IP address, a single-use token and request times. We use these only to verify control of a website-domain email, prevent abuse and maintain a record of the verified claim. Unused request records are deleted after 30 days.
Hosting and external services
Hostinger processes the website, database, outgoing verification email and technical information such as IP addresses and request logs needed to serve and protect the website. Google processes analytics information, and Google Fonts receives the technical information required to supply fonts.
Business contact links
When available, phone, WhatsApp, email and website links open the relevant external service or app. Their own privacy practices apply. Business listings may be compiled from publicly available business websites or submitted by an authorised representative.
Listing and featured enquiries
When you submit a listing or featured-placement form, we receive the contact details and business information you provide. We use them to review the request, respond, prepare an approved listing and administer any agreed placement. Include only information needed for your enquiry; never send UPI PINs or banking passwords.
